Mysore Classes are a block of time where practitioners of all levels (including beginners) practice individually but together with a teachers guidance, a yoga mosaic. Doors open for Mysore practice at the time indicated below. If you arrive early for Mysore and there is no class before you may have to wait outside, if it is self practice before Mysore you are welcome to start during self practice time.
All other classes door will be open 5-10min before time indicated below.

* With more verbal adjustments in the mysore room this leaves many of us missing our quiet space to practice. This self practice time is here to allow for a meditative, self directed space without instruction but only the breath in the room to motivate you in your practice. A teacher is present for guidance

Andrea Huncar
Andrea Huncar is a certified yoga & meditation teacher, ayurvedic health counselor & retreat guide. She is passionate about sharing the wisdom she has been integrating into her own life for decades.
Andrea works with people in one-on-one and group settings to support their unique journeys to Svastha which, in Sanskrit, means being at home in the self.
Drawn to spirituality early on, Andrea’s path came into focus under the guidance of two esteemed teachers in the Satyananda Saraswati lineage – meeting them randomly just months apart on different sides of the world.
She is deeply grateful for the love, wisdom & compassion of her parents Linda & Frank, her guru Dharma Bodhi, and teachers, loved ones & community members supporting her journey.

Elemental Flow

​Elemental Flow taps into the transformative power of our inherent flow through yoga, ayurveda, breath, meditation and mantra.
This one-hour vinyasa-hatha style class cultivates our ability to feel at home in the self, known as svastha in Sanskrit.
Sequences are geared towards the time-of-year and infused with ayurvedic and tantric wisdom to relax the mind, balance the body, and alchemize our experiences into life-giving energy.​

ANNA BRUS
My name is Anna. My love for working with the body began in early childhood. I started dancing and doing track and field at the age of 4. Five years ago, I realized that this passion has been with me my whole life, and I truly love it. This allows me to share my experience, love for bodywork, and knowledge with others.
I completed training in three different schools and obtained certifications in RYT 100, RYT 200, and EQF-4. I love teaching yoga because it’s a powerful tool that has greatly helped me in my own life. Yoga transforms not only the body but also the inner state of mind. I love feeling my body mobile and flexible, just as nature intended, and I enjoy helping others return to this state.
One of my favorite topics is breathwork. I understand how it impacts the nervous system and biochemical processes in our body, which is why I include it in every class. I believe you’ll fall in love with its effects once you try it.

Hatha Yoga + Sukshma Vyayama Classes

11:30-12:45pm Saturdays
The class will begin with gentle breathwork techniques to activate the nervous system, followed by Sukshma Vyayama (joint exercises), and a Hatha Yoga flow consisting of asanas, where we will pause for several breath cycles to fully feel each pose. The session will end with relaxing breathwork and a short meditation.
